First visit tonight. Best chippy I have been to in Altrincham. Chips were good, batter on the fish had a good crisp/crunch without being over done. Peas and gravy decent and the curry sauce was really nice. Got there when it first opened for dinner and it was busy straight away which is a pretty good sign. Staff all really friendly and obviously know some of the regulars from the conversations they were having.

I've not had a chippy tea for a long time, and I've not been to this chippy for ever longer. Just getting over the flu I couldn't be bothered cooking so thought I'd go for Fish & Chips. It was a great decision, Im not sure if this place has a new ownership in the last few years but the Fish & chips with mild curry sauce was 10/10. Very impressed, give it a go!

A quick break on the road to get something for lunch . I had high expectations and for my first time I was right 😂 . Superb fish and chips , superb gravy and the staff welcomes you with a smile even when it's busy , something that many shops don't do. Cheers guys have a good one 👍

First time trying this and it won't be the last . Haddock was absolutely delicious, one of the best I've had , everything was exactly what I look for in a chippy tea. Chips are delicious and fresh , curry was spot on . My new goto chippy now for sure 😁. Really friendly staff too . See you guys soon 👌.

First time coming here, always wanted to try it. Oh my gosh I'm glad I did, had cod fish it was huge and batter was lovely, light & crispy. Chips were well cooked and the gravy is delicious. 10/10 and definitely will be back!

We had a long layover at Manchester Airport traveling from the USA at the end of April to Spain, so we were sent to this shop for fish n chips by a local. It is the best fish n chips we ever had, and the people that run this place are the nicest people you will ever meet anywhere. They went above and beyond with the hospitality they gave us. Yes, it cost us many ££££ in taxi fare to get to this shop from the airport. It was well worth it, and next time we are in UK, we will definitely stop by again.
